MEET OUR FOUNDER

Hi! My name is Felicia Brown, and I founded Gold & Olive to bring scientific innovation into the beauty industry while creating more inclusive products designed for dynamic and diverse features.

I grew up loving makeup but often felt self-conscious about my almond-shaped eyes because of the limited options designed for people with similar features.

After earning my PhD, I realized I could combine my background in science with my passion for beauty to build a brand that celebrates diverse eye shapes and lash types through thoughtful formulation and design. My ultimate hope is that Gold & Olive’s elevated, performance-driven formulas help people embrace their unique features with greater confidence.
